I’ve posted something very similar to this house (called Vistas) before, but it’s too wonderful not to post again. It’s the perfect build for a sloping lakefront lot. Because the view from the rear of this house is so wonderful, you wouldn’t want to ruin it by taking the person who decorated the model in the photos out back and shooting them. Do it in the front of the house instead.
What’s not shown here is the basement layout, but it could certainly be prime living space with an excellent view.
The major change I’d make to this one would be to move the tub in the main floor bathroom toward the exterior wall, and enlarge the shower considerably by doing away with that useless corner of the kitchen.

At a cabin we holiday in every year they have the washer and dryer in a cupboard and I love that idea! No laundry that takes up space but a cupboard in the kitchen beside the pantry cupboard!! Genius!!
